Please note that the security buzz-in system has been installed at both the Primary and Intermediate Schools.  The following information will be helpful:

1)  When arriving at the school, press the intercom button.  This will allow a buzzing sound to occur in the office area.  An office staff member will respond and allow the door to open.  If you need to talk to the office during this procedure, simply speak into the intercom box.  Do not press the button to speak.

2)  Note the door indicated (by signs) that will be opened for you.  At the Primary, the door to be used is on the side of the building next to the main parking lot.  (The side of the building away from the Intermediate).  It is the door on the far left as you face the building.  At the Intermediate the designated door is on the far left as you face the building.

3.  If your child is tardy, do not drop off the child without coming in.  You must accompany the child to the door in order to be admitted using the buzz-in system.  Smaller children may not be able to reach the buzzer or understand how to follow the correct procedure.  It is never wise to allow children to come in by themselves when they are arriving late.
