Early Dismissal Information

Please update your child's early dismissal information if it has changed from the initial form which you completed at the beginning of the year.  We go strictly by that information when dismissing children in these situations.  Also, we must have a viable phone number to reach you in case of emergency.  If numbers have changed, let us know.  We are encountering situations when we cannot reach anyone if a child is ill, or if there is another emergency.  Often phones will say "phone calls are not being accepted," or that they are "no longer in service."  It's vital that we have a way to communicate with you if necessary.
